The Walton, Ky Skyline Chili was once again superior amongst the several dozens of Skyline Chili locations we've visited. One of our top 5!! The management has employed cheerful and attentive staff, which is to be highly commended when so many other restaurant chains have entirely forgotten the meaning and mission of "customer service!". Keep up the great work, and we will keep stopping in when we pass through Walton in the future.
Their food was not good. Neither of us have visited this place before and we explained that to the waitress. They are basically a chili restaurant. We decided to order a buffalo chicken wrap and a regular chicken wrap. The chicken was cold, not a little cold but ice cold. Apparently that's how they serve their food. Overall the food was not good, the chili was weird and I had terrible stomach issues after eating here. I do not recommend at all.
This Skyline is right off the exit. This visit was very similar to all of my others to this location. Greeted warmly as I walked in, clean and attentive. Sat at the counter and was asked if I wanted anything to drink even before my waitress was able to get to me. Food was quickly made and as always amazing. I know they have other things in the menu but come on, Cincinnati chili and cheese Coney's are the real reason to come here. Again great staff and great food.
We've been stopping at this specific Skyline since it opened. Always great food and always great servers. Best chili cheese coneys in a 1000 miles.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and attentiveness of the staff. Overall the experience was a pleasant one and I would definitely return. It is apparent that the operator of this franchise takes pride in it. Well done.
