We signed the pool contract with Bluegrass Pools in February and excavation then began in early March. It is now July 31 and we are still a far cry from complete. Gunite has not even been spayed yet. The pool excavation is finally complete 5 months in but they have left 2 acres of property damaged from the equipment and another acre covered with the excavated dirt. It has become apparent that Bluegrass Pools does not work with labor contractors that show up on a consistent basis and there is very little oversight from management to ensure progress is being made. To date, there have been over 27 days without rain where no crew whatsoever has showed up to work or make progress. Progress updates and pictures to follow. Be wary.
